We serve four primary customers: • Member municipalities in the Chicagoland region: helping them connect to businesses and development opportunities that will create local jobs, utilize dormant facilities, and infuse cash into the community. • Businesses in the Chicagoland region: helping them complete the steps to be eligible for foreign investment, become more attractive to foreign investors, and connect to foreign nationals seeking new investment opportunities in the United States. • Global investors: helping them qualify for the FDI (foreign direct investment) program, find investment opportunities in the Chicagoland area that match their goals, and complete the investment process. • Foreign businesses: helping them find expansion opportunities in the Chicagoland region and work through the steps to bring their business (or a satellite) to the United States.
