In reality, self-care is about so much more than finding your zen or looking Instagram-perfect.

Self Cared is about making self-care practices and mental health services more accessible to Australians by providing products and psychologist-approved content that encourage people to prioritise their needs to feel ok.
In addition, we support not-for-profit organisation WayAhead, who actively work to educate people on mental health and wellbeing, and connect them to services and resources that improve their mental health.
