Self determined Recovery is an organization that provides residential and outpatient services for individuals in addiction recovery. The founder’s personal addiction story and family connection to behavioral health crisis, fueled the vision to create a strength based approach to recovery. Providing clients with an innovative and clinical curriculum that helps to shift their thoughts and problematic behaviors. Daily affirmations, drumming circles, yoga, meditation, and self-expression writing workshops, are just a few of the unique services that we implement to achieve this goal. We believe that each and every person suffering from addiction still has the ability to redefine themselves for themselves. We aid them in rediscovering the determination within.
