Self Made Training Facility allows trainers to run their business as true entrepreneurs. In the entrepreneurial spirit, each trainer is allowed to train as he/she sees fit, they are free to be artists and not micromanaged. Each independent contractor controls its scheduling and pricing. In this business model, the facility considers the area demographics as well as the average price per session that the area allows the trainer to charge, and comes up with a fair and equal price that each trainer pays in monthly rent space in return for use of the facility. Each facility is filled with top of the line commercial grade equipment that covers all areas of training so that each trainer can utilize their respective specialties. In addition to the high-level equipment and allowing each trainer to manage their own business the facility also provides an academy that gives free certification and continuing education to its trainers to better serve their athletes. Also, we provide entrepreneurial management courses taught in a live setting to better educate the trainers on marketing, business management, accounting, client retention, as well as hands-on training techniques. This serves to ensure each trainer can be as successful as possible at their chosen craft. Lastly, the facility also provides an in-house supplement and retail store (Self Made Nutrition) which allows the trainers to make a commission from sales made to earn more money. Self Made Training Facility provides free certifications through NCCPT (National Council of Certified Personal Trainers).
