Selfactual's vision is "Enable HR People to save 2 hours a day from repetitive tasks". This vision originates from our co-founders, Potsang and Fiona, who deeply realized during their HR careers that they were often bogged down by repetitive tasks, and prevented them from focusing on creating a great experience for employees. Through interactions with nearly 100 HR people, we discovered that this is a common pain point. Thus, we decided to leverage technology, especially AI, to bring a transformative change for HR people. We strictly follow the philosophy of "HR building products that truly meet HR peoples’ needs", and are committed to providing the best solutions for HR people, with the following three principles: 1. Providing affordable products: We believe that high-quality products should be affordable for HR people themselves, without the pain of lengthy company purchasing decisions and processes. 2. Focusing on solving one problem with one product: Given that traditional HR systems are overly complicated, we ensure each product focuses on solving a core problem. Simple, clear, and user-friendly products can maximize work efficiency. 3. Ensuring the value of each product is clear: The value must be concretely reflected in how much time and steps are saved in the original workflow, or in achieving results far beyond the original standards. By asking ourselves daily, "How many HR people did we help today in order to save time and focus on more meaningful tasks?”, we can clearly see if we are getting closer to our vision!
