SELFiD

SELFiD, or “Self-image Defined,” is a non-profit organization founded in Lincoln, NE dedicated to helping youth cultivate a positive self-image and individually define health. Health to us is total wellness -- the balance of mental, physical, and emotional well-being. During SELFiD events, participants are inspired by keynote speakers, guided through uniquely developed wellness curriculum, and have the opportunity to continue to build upon their total wellness journey through mentorship and coaching opportunities. Our keynote speakers vary depending on the specific event, but oftentimes range from certified nutritionists and personal trainers to TEDx speakers to authors who wish to share their personal testimony and experiences with those around them. A jam-packed, interactive, and multi-day retreat keeps the minds of our youth engaged while helping them to build their best selves.
