Our mission is rooted in the belief that every woman holds the power to create change—not just within themselves, but across their communities. Through our BetterSelf workshops, we offer accessible programs open to the public, designed to cultivate self-awareness, build confidence, and develop essential skills.
Why SELF Started
SELF began with a vision to create a supportive space for women who might not have access to a robust network or resources. Initially focused on employability, we soon recognized the need for a more holistic approach—one that fosters not just job readiness, but also a deeper sense of self-worth and purpose. We empower women to transform into resilient, self-assured leaders, capable of making informed decisions and thriving in their personal and professional lives.
