Selfull promotes the discussion of strategies that can improve mental wellbeing and help prevent stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health problems. A selfull person focuses on improving their wellbeing without disregarding others. Helping yourself so you are in a position to help others is not selfish, it’s selfull. Most people will suffer from mental health problems to varying severities in their lifetime and we believe discussing mental wellbeing strategies should be as normal as discussing healthy diets, fitness regimes or exercise plans. Let’s change how we talk about mental wellbeing because there is no health without mental health.
