Actor Sello Maake kaNcube’s experience in the South African creative industry, spans over 40 years. The foundation hinges his expertise and industry observations as a thought leader. In an age where instant gratification and overnight successes are more celebrated than hard work, our aim is to honour the necessary milestones that an actor would have to endure in order to enter the industry equipped & groomed for its realities. Our incubation programme aims to empower artists and performers, who will be assimilated into our Holding company for representation as part of our casting agency. The objective of the programme is to coach and nurture talent in an in environment where (their) creativity can be harnessed.
