SEL Rail Systems is a signalling and systems design company providing signalling design, verification and a signalling advisory role in South East Asia and Australia. It is part of the SEL Group of companies. The SEL Group of companies is composed of SEL Rail Systems (SEL-RS), SEL Safety & Cybersecurity (SEL-SC) and Cyber & Digital Solutions (CDS) and has offices in both Thailand and Australia. The group of companies provides consultancy and engineering support in the areas of Railway Signalling, Rail, and other domains in the areas of Systems Engineering, Safety Assurance, Cybersecurity and Defence. •Most companies provide either systems engineering / safety assurance or signalling / rail engineering. We are rare in that we are able to deliver systems engineering and safety assurance alongside signalling and rail engineering as a single holistic package. •We hold Signalling Principles competencies in Victoria and interstate and have been assessed and certified as competent Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) SMEs by Certifer. What we do •In addition to providing skilled and qualified engineers and consultants to support projects, our business model includes sharing risk with clients through taking on and delivering fixed packages of work. •Our core competencies include: signalling design, independent check and independent review; requirements definition and management; and safetyassurance. We are also developing a testing capability and will soon be able to offer principles testing as a service. •As well as providing signalling services during the delivery phase of projects, we have considerable experience of definition including identification and analysis of options and production of associated reports across various technologies and for numerous operators.
