Summer ELSA Law School Bucharest on ”Mergers & Acquisitions” 2023 is an international event, whose aim is to bring together 30 participants from different cultural and educational backgrounds, from the 9th to the 16th of July, in Romania’s charming capital, Bucharest. Our main objective is to provide our participants with knowledge and skills in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as to broaden their perspectives on professional life, so that they can observe and better comprehend how such operations are performed. It is important to us that the participants develop their negotiation skills during this event so that they can successfully learn how mergers and acquisitions operations function. Additionally, we are bringing together an outstanding social and cultural program that will give the participants the chance to learn about one another's cultures, forge lasting international friendships, and uncover the wonders of Bucharest.
