Selvä Elämä Oy is a Finnish company offering professional peer coaching for individuals affected by addiction, compulsive behaviors, and codependency. Our mission is to help people reclaim their lives through empathetic, experience-based support.
We combine lived experience with evidence-based methods to deliver coaching that is personal, confidential, and transformative. Our coaches are trained professionals who have themselves recovered from addiction—making them uniquely equipped to guide others.
