As the founder of Selway Search HR, I live and breathe HR. With my 15-year senior HR background and extensive, growing mid-to-senior level HR network (my ‘Corporate & Cocktails’ HR Events); my passion for connecting talented mid-to-senior HR people to amazing brands; and my honest, people-focused approach you're are in safe and expert hands when it comes to HR recruitment. I love searching out and meeting HR talent at this level and I’m doing it every day.
I recruit mid-to-senior (45K +) generalist HR roles (Permanent & Fixed Term, Full-Time & Part-Time) and within all sectors, particularly within high-growth start-ups, SMEs and agency type environments. I also recruit Office /HR Managers for start-ups and SMEs, as often this is their first touch point into having an HR resource. I can also provide start-ups with on-site HR Consultants on a part-time consultancy basis.
I particularly gravitate towards the SME space, especially the agency environment - creative and tech. However, my clients are an eclectic mix of start-ups, medium-sized and large global brands. So there really is something for everyone. I know most of my clients personally via my HR event group, so will usually know the hiring manager personally.
I search smarter and harder, using both a network-driven and headhunting approach to find you that generalist mid-to-senior level HR superstar.
Like you, I know that HR isn’t a one-size-fits-all profession, so I don’t recruit by simply going off a list of bullet points on a job description and having worked in-house as an HR professional, I understand the industry and the roles. I also understand the importance of finding the right culture and personality fit both for both parties.
