The SEMAC conducts environmental assessment, research, and education. The SEMAC works with industries and all levels of government, non government national and international projects and development activities in a wide variety of pollution prevention programs, climate change, biodiversity, marine affairs and energy conservation efforts. SEMAC serves the industry in point of environmental study and reporting (IEE, EIA, EMP, etc.). It has already studied and reported on more than 45 industries. SEMAC also design and install Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), WTP, STP. It has already design and installed more than 44 ETP in different industries. SEMAC assist in environmental documentation and certification. SEMAC involves in research & development, publication, social activities like education for the poor people, food and nutrition for the poor people, safety for the vulnerable people etc.
