FABRICATION Our facilities are equipped for the different manufacturing phases, such as the manufacture of cutting machines, the manufacture of special components, such as cutting torches, gas regulators and cutting nozzles. All the necessary performance tests of our products are also carried out by ourselves. SPARE PARTS SEMAO puts at your disposal a wide catalog of spare parts for each of its facilities. MAINTENANCE The maintenance of the different oxy-cutting facilities can be carried out at the client's facilities or at SEMAO facilities. At the customer's facilities, maintenance work will be carried out on gas panels, oxyfuel cutting machines, torches, trimmers and everything that our customers require at their facilities. In the SEMAO facilities is realize maintenance, repairs and revisions of different oxyfuel machines, gas panels START UP SEMAO technicians have extensive experience in starting up oxy-cutting machines through gas panels, emergency torches or measuring rollers. Over many years, together with the extensive experience of the plant personnel, our technicians have obtained a great knowledge of the installations and their operation. DESIGN Our team of designers with extensive knowledge of the facilities, carry out their designs applying their experience according to the needs of each client. In addition, they prepare and deliver the documentation and manuals so that each plant department has the necessary knowledge of the different parts of the facilities.
