About Matt Signore Matt Signore was Chief Operating Officer of Warner Music Nashville from 2017 to 2020. During his tenure, the label had a creative and financial resurgence. Matt previously served five years as the President of WEA Corp., which provides sales, analysis, account management and supply chain management for the worldwide organization. Prior to this role, Signore held senior positions at Island Records and Island Def Jam. Open Mind, Attentive Ear, Understanding Heart This has been Matt’s mantra for years. He first heard it at his daughter’s Confirmation ceremony. He was so taken by its simplicity, and potential efficacy, that he immediately committed it to memory. Ten years later, it has become such a driving force behind his interactions with humans that you can find it written on Post-it notes scattered throughout his office and home. If something is not working properly, Matt reframes the situation, in light of The Mantra. He has discovered that roads can almost always be unblocked by figuring out when a mind was closed, someone didn’t listen or a party failed to show adequate compassion.
