Senaka Zenn Private Limited is a joint venture company of SENAKA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED and ZENN HRB SDN BHD of Malaysia to initially manufacture prestressed spun concrete poles. The Company will graduate to manufacture spun piles, prestressed railway sleepers, prestressed spun telecommunication poles and prestressed spun railway electrification poles at a subsequent stage. The project is supported by the Ministry of Power and Energy and the Ceylon Electricity Board. The CEB is the main purchaser of prestressed spun concrete poles.
The factory is located at Balangoda where the the former Lanka Wall Tiles Complex which was acquired by Senaka Builders.
