Founded in 2000, the Sports Equipment Neighborhood Drive (SEND) is a charitable 501(c)3 organization that collects and distributes pre-owned sports equipment to those in need.
SEND's mission is to enrich children's' lives through sports, believing all kids deserve the opportunity to feel good about themselves and have fun.
By expanding to additional municipalities and sporting categories through a franchise model, and relying on the generosity of local sports players and their families, SEND has been able to ship over 15,000 articles of equipment across the US, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
