SEND Solutions

SEND is a downloadable mobile app from Send Solutions, LLC. A digital wallet that allows verified, onboarded merchants (KYB) and users (KYC) to securely transact B2C, using our customer loyalty system in the form of digital vouchers . Users are only able to transact with verified merchants upon invitation SEND users open a SEND account, once this account has been verified and approved the relevant user is then able to add their own funds to their account using a typical funding source(credit/debit card). Users then have the opportunity to purchase SEND vouchers. Once they have a voucher balance in their SEND wallet at that point they can transact with merchants (via invitation) that accept SEND vouchers. The only time a payment gateway is involved is in the initial funding of a wallet, to purchase vouchers, and again whenever the merchant or consumer decides to withdraw from their SEND voucher balance, most likely by an ACH payment to the customer’s or merchant’s banking account. The transactions that occur between merchant and customer are done with SEND vouchers within the mobile app. The only actual movement of dollars occurs on the purchase of SEND vouchers or withdrawal from their SEND wallet balance. Consumers are able to receive bonuses from merchants through a cash back program based on customer loyalty.
