Seneca Ventures is a commercial real estate entity dedicated to acquisitions, development, structuring, and property management of commercial properties with an emphasis on hospitality. We conduct location specific acquisition searches utilizing our various proprietary deal origination platforms. Our firm primarily serves strategic investors to strengthen their current portfolio through our platform of acquisitions and dispositions, development, syndication, and joint venture partnerships, management, investor relations, and advisory. Seneca Ventures was originally built on the mergers and acquisitions model using a proprietary deal origination platform for Investors and Developers. SV conducted custom, off-market property searches on a retained basis with a buyer-fee paid program, successfully closing over $10M in deals for it's clients within the first year of inception, before taking on its own in-house portfolio.
