Senkadagala Finance PLC was initially formed in the City of Kandy in 1968. The Company has now become one of the largest licensed finance companies in Sri Lanka with nearly 50 years of experience and operating excellence. Senkadagala Finance is a Public Limited Liability Company incorporated in Sri Lanka under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance, No. 51 of 1938. The Company was re-registered under the Companies Act, No. 7 of 2007. Approved and registered under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. Approved and registered under the Finance Leasing Act No. 56 of 2000.
