Most families go in blind and are often inundated with information and processes they are not familiar with, from people they have no prior relationship to. At Senior Transitions Concierge we work hand in hand with our clients and their families to discern individual needs, budget and family wishes. This provides us with the information needed to develop a comprehensive package of how best to care for the client and relieve the stress of the entire family. After years of working in residential real estate, running operations and selling in senior living communities, Jan Steiner founded Senior Transitions Concierge in 2016. Since then she has been helping families find the best care for their loved ones. What sets Senior Transitions Concierge apart is our dedication to our clients, and in this case we only have one client, you. We do not take referral fees from any communities or facilities we work with as that would compromise the promise we make to our clients: to find the best situation for their loved ones.
