Seniors in Seva was created by a group of batch mates from the Class of 1984, Institute of Rural Management (IRMA). The group came together inspired by a shared purpose- to harness the wisdom and expertise of retiring professionals for social good.
Seniors aged 50-70 years, have many years of valuable functional and strategic experience. Thanks to better health and longer life expectancy, they still have many productive years left, even after retirement. Their talents and expertise can be leveraged to support social organizations in key areas like marketing, design, strategic planning, fund raising, IT, finance, HR and more.
It is our mission to help Seniors, who wish to become agents of change, find meaningful volunteering opportunities in not for profit and social enterprises to the mutual benefit of both.
