At SENsational Minds, we believe that understanding a person is the first step to supporting them. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to provide truly bespoke assessments and post-diagnostic support for individuals who are neurodivergent—whether that’s autism, ADHD, dyslexia or other specific learning differences. We are a small but mighty team of highly qualified professionals offering a personalised, person-centred approach to neurodevelopmental assessments and ongoing support. Based in Colchester and operating across the UK, we are proud to work in partnership with families, education settings, and professionals to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This is a little about who we are, what we do, and why we’re so passionate about supporting neurodivergent people at every stage of their journey. SENsational Minds Ltd. was founded by Rhiann Marchant, a former SENCO and specialist teacher with nearly 15 years of experience in education and a personal and professional commitment to neuroaffirming, compassionate support. Rhiann is a qualified ADOS clinician with a Master’s in Autism, and leads a team of like-minded professionals who share the same values. Our team includes: Mental Health Nurses and Psychotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Specialist Teachers with SENCO qualifications ADOS and ADHD-trained clinicians Together, we deliver assessments that are compliant with NICE and regulatory guidelines, with a commitment to quality, accessibility, and compassion. A diagnosis can bring understanding and relief—but also a lot of questions. That’s where our support continues. Our Post-Diagnostic Education packages are designed to help families, individuals, and settings make sense of the diagnostic profile, build on strengths, and put the right support in place. We offer: 1:1 Coaching and Psychoeducation Education School Support (including EHCP advice and help with school meetings) Help with access arrangements and reasonable adjustments.
