Sensible Home Inspections provides services to Prince Edward Island. David Glennie is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). His goal is to provide each and every client with a thorough home inspection and a detailed, yet understandable inspection report. Dave has completed over 10,000 home inspections in three provinces. He's a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and a Certified General Carpenter. Ancillary services include residential energy audits, blower door testing for building air tightness, thermography exams, and electromagnetic field (EMF) surveys.
