Headquartered in Rajkot, India, Sensitive has a client base all across India, Africa, Europe and the United States. We provide castings for automobile, machine tool, machinery spares, diesel engines, valve and pump and general engineering industries.

This commitment is met through constant adherence to quality management system and continual improvement in the organization. Every melt is subject to chemical analysis via latest German make 28 Channel Optical Emission Spectrometer to ensure conformity to the specifications. Further every melt is also subject to ON LINE ANALYSIS of Carbon, Silicon, Nodularity, Nodule count, Secondary Shrinkages, Solidification mode of treated metal: Hypo-Eutectic, Eutectic, Hyper Eutectic OR their Combination & Temperature measurement. All stages of manufacturing processes are carried out as per instructions in the process flow chart. Inspection of the product is being carried out as per ISO - 9001 - 9002 & procedure / quality plan to ensure customer's requirements.
In addition to providing Ductile Iron casting solutions, we are a leading manufacturer and suppliers of Diesel Oil Engines, Pump Sets, Electric Motor, Submersible Pumps, Electrical lamination stampings, Building Hardware and Bathroom Fittings, Steel Balls for Bearing Industries and CNC/VMC Workshop to produce special industrial components.
