Founded in 2017, Sensitive Refuge is as a community where highly sensitive people (HSPs) can be themselves, take a break from the harshness of the world, and feel blissfully understood. Since then, we have grown to be the world’s largest website for highly sensitive people. We’re proud to offer research-based, fact-checked articles about the science of sensitivity, insights from HSP therapists and psychologists, and personal stories from sensitive people of all walks of life.
