I combine resilience, digital awareness and life design in my coaching and training approach. These focal points are closely interlinked and are gaining growing relevance in our society: statistics on the prevalence of burnout, stress and other mental illnesses are alarming, the desire for balance and a sense of purpose is increasing. Cultivating a healthy mental and emotional immune system, along with a conscious approach to our digital interactions, are essential components of a self-determined, balanced and content life.
