The SEPD or Spanish Society of Gastroenterolgy is a Scientific and non-profitable professional organization that has 3.500 digestive specialized doctors associated. The purpose of the SEPD is the promotion of research and knowledge in the field of digestive diseases in its basic , epidemiologic, diagnosis and treatments aspects and that also promote their practical applications providing added value to its partners, associated and patients.The SEPD support also the FEAD or Spanish Foundation of Digestive diseases, under the protection of the Educacion´s Minister and that the main objective to promote activities to prevent digestive diseases to the general population.
