Sequela is a SaaS sustainability platform designed specifically for the healthcare sector. We help healthcare organizations (i.e., hospitals, clinics) track and reduce emissions, achieve sustainability targets, meet regulation requirements (EU CSRD), and appropriately resource plan to protect patients in climate emergencies. Climate change is the single biggest threat to human health, yet the health sector is a major contributor to climate change. If the health sector were a country, it would be the 5th largest emitter in the world. Sequela solves for this paradox by leveraging data analytics and AI to provide healthcare organizations with actionable intelligence for managing their carbon footprint and predictive insights for protecting patients at risk of climate-related illnesses.
