Seramic Materials Ltd. is a UAE-based company born out of the innovative ecosystem at Masdar Institute/Khalifa University and established in the Masdar City Free Zone in June 2019 supported by The Catalyst, a Masdar-BP initiative and MBRIF. We specialize in developing unique circular economy solutions that recycle solid industrial waste into sustainable, value-added products for the technical ceramics and construction markets. By replacing raw materials with locally sourced waste, we offer several key advantages:

Seramic’s approach is backed by over $2 million invested in R&D over the past decade, 27 scientific publications, and 6 patents. Our proof of concept has been validated through extensive testing of various waste mixtures and the development of innovative products and methods. To bring this technology to market, we’ve built the first laboratory in the GCC dedicated to transforming industrial waste into value-added products at Masdar Tech Park. This facility will support the development of a near-zero-waste industrial approach, contributing to a more sustainable future.
