Seray Consulting Associates Ltd. was incorporated as a company limited by liability in Sierra Leone in 2005. Its core areas of operation at its inception were to conduct research in the applied aspects of the natural and social scientific disciplines. The Firm has since grown to be a significant player in the design and implementation of complex projects and consultancy services in the applied natural and social sciences, with a heavy bias on monitoring and evaluation assessments, particularly in the impact assessment of organizations and projects; and on performance based assessments such as verifications and audits in various sectors.
