Serazen is a fast-growing restaurant investment and development company. We acquire, develop and operate franchise restaurants of well known, established restaurant brands.
Serazen means “iron horse.” Yes, we made that up! It’s named after an American Hall of Fame champion thoroughbred racehorse, Sarazen. We are a champion, and we are built tough and for fast growth. Serazen is a large franchisee of a top-tier global franchise, Papa John’s. Serazen started its operations in 2006 and grew quickly to 70 units located in 3 states today.
Our main focus of growth is acquisitions. We are an aggressive investment firm that typically acquires existing markets. This is often achieved either by purchasing existing franchisees or acquiring corporate stores divested by the parent brand (re-franchising). Keeping with our “buy and build” strategy, we prefer to develop additional stores once we acquire desired markets.
