Serdal Holding is a holding company established in Abu Dhabi aiming to promote and develop diversified businesses across a range of key sectors at both local and international perspectives in cooperation with our main partners to achieve and provide tangible, sustainable and long-term returns. Our history is our source of pride, and a bright path towards a prosperous future, founded by the first fathers with their tireless efforts, and completed by the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan "may God have mercy on him", and after him our wise leaders, so that the UAE is a pioneer and leader at all international levels. We started by inspired our company name "Serdal" from our fathers and grandfathers' pride local language, Sardal means the prince of diving, or the most skilled of the” Nawakhada”, the most experienced and knowledgeable in the affairs of the sea, and Sea ships, and he is the commander of the fleet of diving ships. As for our logo, we chose the shape of the new sail to indicate our development and ability to move in every direction, along with our experience and ability to fit and reach our goals quickly and effectively. As well, we choose the blue color signifies our openness to the world, thriving growth and harmony with nature.
