SerenaMente.org is a publishing project that aims to make psychology understandable and accessible to everyone. Our main goal is to help people better understand themselves and others through in-depth coverage of topics related to psychology and psychotherapy. We publish articles, guides and advice written by experts in the field, explaining the main psychological concepts and theories in a simple and understandable way. We approach psychology and mental health from a readers' point of view. We try to make complex topics simple by talking about them from a "human" point of view, and not from a purely clinical one. We talk about mental health in the round: psychology, psychotherapy, psychopathologies, cognitive disorders, psychological conditions (such as anxiety, stress, and depression). But we also address cross-cutting topics, such as managing emotions, effective communication, conflict resolution, and improving relationships. In general, our goal is to provide the "cognitive tools" useful for improving one's emotional and relational life. Now is the time to start living “serenamente”.
