Chemistry
Serengen has developed a new encoding strategy which removes the barriers of DNA-compatible chemistry. It also overcomes the limitations of traditional DEL chemistry, which has often resulted in non-druglike and intractable hits associated with laborious and costly hit follow-up and a high attrition rate.
Our technology allows us to choose from a variety of compatible chemical reactions which yield druglike and tractable compounds. Our DEL hits can be fed directly into lead generation, bypassing the costly and time-consuming hit follow-up process.
Design
Traditional DEL synthesis is limited by chemistry, but with Serengen's unique DEL technology we can harness the power of chemistry and the creativity of the chemist. A multitude of chemical reactions gives us unparalleled flexibility in DEL design, allowing us to venture into new chemical spaces and address new biological targets.
