Serenity Integrated Care Limited provides domiciliary (in people’s own homes) care and support for adults (people aged 18+). Aims and Objectives Serenity Integrated Care (Ltd) was set up in response to the need to provide specialist, high quality, reliable, well integrated and person-centred domiciliary care services to all communities. Our vision is to deliver a caring, compassionate service by highly skilled and competent staff. To communicate effectively with partner organisations primarily within Health and Social Care to ensure that our clients always receive the most appropriate service. We encourage and motivate our staff to challenge poor practice and to explore more innovative ways of working. Serenity Integrated Care aims to provide well-coordinated, compassionate and person- centred care to clients who live in their own homes.
