The Serenità Wellness Retreat has been the most fulfilling part of my journey thus far, and I'm honoured to be able to share this transformative experience with all women who are ready to embrace deep connection, serenity, and change. Our retreat, housed within a cozy, medieval stone estate, nestled in the lush, secluded hills of Umbria, Italy, offers an opportunity to give back to yourself. With a focus on self-care and rest, you can prioritize your well-being, all while inviting in a newfound sense of rejuvenation as you sink into the natural and cultural pleasures of the Italian countryside. Monestevole, our home for the week, is considered Italy's first self-sustainable community and offers peaceful strolls among rosemary and lavender bushes, views of the olive grove and vineyard, and delicious fresh treats from the plentiful fig trees and grape vines. During your week with us, you'll enjoy a delicate balance of yoga, meditation, massage, farm-to-table nourishing cuisine, nature walks, pasta-making, a day trip to a quaint medieval town, a romantic evening of wine tasting, and soul-enriching workshops.
