Sergey Zorkin Engineering provides Architectural and Structural design for : - Custom homes - Cottages - Townhouses - Subdivisions - Renovations - Additions - Bearing wall removals for open concept design - Basement remodeling - Basement underpinning design - Site Inspection letters stamped by P.Eng Our approach is to design a house by meeting client’s budget and needs. We offer three stages of design / construction procedure. First stage involves a meeting / phone call to discuss client's needs vs. budget to set the base for preliminary design. Second stage involves designing a structural/architectural package for a building permit. At this stage we do no charge the client for any changes / revisions / calculation reports requested by the building department. This stage completes once the client receives a building permit. Third stage is optional. We offer site supervision to make sure that the work done on site corresponds to design drawings.
