I graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Architecture in 2003. Afterwards, I pursued my master's studies in "Facade Lighting Design," "Ergonomics," and "High-rise Buildings" at Dokuz Eylül University as well. Throughout my career, which started before my graduation, I have held positions as an architect and manager in various companies related to the field of construction, such as architectural design offices, marble factories, cladding facade companies, ceramic factories, and interior design firms. Concurrently with my professional career, I continued my freelance work under the name Arcya Architecture starting from 2006. Later, in 2011, I established Sertaç Uğur Architectural Consultancy Services in Izmir, where I provided architectural and interior design consultancy, design, architectural project planning, implementation, control, material procurement, and 3D visualization services for numerous large-scale projects. After Izmir, I expanded my work to Antalya, collaborating with teams working nationwide and using products from prestigious brands. Additionally, I held the position of Architectural Department Manager at ARTMIM, a distinguished design firm specializing in hotel design (artmim.com.tr). In September 2022, I relocated to Istanbul and took on roles as Senior Project Executive and Project Group Manager at Arcoglobal company (arcoglobal.com). I continue my professional career in Istanbul with my own firm, Sertaç Uğur Architectural Consultancy Services.
