I help small business owners and leaders with administrative parts of their work, like email newsletters, proofreading, data entry, customer communication, and inbox/calendar management. There comes a point in many small businesses' growth where certain crucial admin work needs to be done, however it's not the most efficient or productive use of time for an owner or leader to be completing these tasks. They're capable of completing admin work however their time and energy are better spent focusing on developing the business itself. That's were I come in! From my time in teaching, operations, and human resources, a common thread of what I enjoyed the most was doing tactical, logistical, task-oriented items that directly contributed to someone else's growth and success.
