The Servant Leadership Academy took its roots in 2015 as the Servant Leadership Centre of Canada. The Servant Leadership Centre of Canada helped organizations embed people-centred practices through the development of servant-based leadership practices and highly principled work cultures.
After garnering interest and working with multiple clients on an international level, the Servant Leadership Academy was founded in 2020 with the goal to educate and advance the awareness of ‘Servant Leadership’ philosophies and values with leaders from around the world with the purpose of creating better leaders and better organizations.
