A Non-Profit Organisation registered under Indian Trust Act, 1882, 12A and 80G (5) (vi) of The Income Tax Act, 1961, Foreign Contribution (Regulation) (FCRA) Act, 2010 and NGO Darpan with Government of India. We at Serve Samman work tirelessly towards our mission in the areas of Healthcare, Skill Development and Relief to the under privileged community and work mainly with people from weaker sections of the society to help them deal better with their present and their future. Amongst many, our main operational areas are: Health and Wellness: We believe that one should be in in perfect health and wellness, both physically and mentally. Hence, we conduct informative Cancer awareness workshops and various other health related issues in the interiors of the country. Apart from generating awareness, we also conduct free eye check-ups camp, facilitate free cataract surgeries (in collaboration with ICare), and distribute free medication and spectacles to the needy. Relief Work: We are actively involved in providing relief assistance in the disaster hit areas such as Nepal Earthquake, Uttarakhand floods and Jammu & Kashmir floods. We help disaster victims by providing safe shelter, hot meals, essential relief supplies, emotional support and health services like first aid. Trained Serve Samman workers often meet with families on a one-on-one basis to develop individual plans and identify available resources to help aid recovery. COVID Relief: Since June 2020, we have distributing Dry Ration packets, Cooked food packets, biscuits, bread, masks and sanitizer to migrant workers and EWS across Delhi NCR With guidance of our well-wishers and supporters, we have donated Oxygen concentrators to help setup free Oxygen Centre in Gurgaon in April -May 2021 Skill Development and Vocational Training: Our centres have been conducting specially designed Computer, English Speaking, Sewing training, Make-up & Hair Styling courses certified by JAN SHAKTI SHIKSHA SANSTHAN (JSS )
