Servecalls was founded in 2010 by Matthew Kemp with the support of DANU Partners, a leading Irish Investment Company. Matthew is an experienced commercial and operations executive with over 12 years senior management experience with Setanta Sports (Britain & Ireland), NTL UK & Ireland (now Virgin Media and UPC) before founding Servecalls.
At Servecalls we provide many different services, from inbound campaigns to outbound campaigns. Strategically located in Mauritius, we provide onshore quality solutions and service levels at offshore costs to a global array of clients.
Servecalls offers a uniquely transparent approach to the offshore contact centre business model; that achieves exceptional conversion figures as well as meeting client objectives. From basic information enquiries to complex customer management programs, our team can manage simple enquiries through to integrated up-selling, retention and win-back services.
