11. Take feedback from candidate and team after interview
12. If positive schedule manager round
13. If positive Schedule HR round
14. Salary negotiation
15. Take care of notice periocd
16. Offer letter rollout
17. Get Joining date confirmation from candidate
18. Actual joining and onboarding

We shortlist candidates through different portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, Instahyre, Hirist, Optim hire, Indeed, Cut short and LinkedIn
Talk to the candidates and validate their experience and interest on the role.
We start the work only when we get the clear JD from the hiring manager/team.
Negotiating salaries on company standards/budget.
Make sure that we shortlist and send candidate profiles who have a notice period of 30 days or less.
