Service Design Network Netherlands

The SDN Netherlands Chapter is the local representation of the global Service Design Network, a non-profit aimed at continuously pushing the boundaries of the practice of service design by expanding awareness of its value and application of its mindset across multiple domains. Through community-building, events and knowledge-sharing, the SDN supports and grows the global community, enabling it to positively impact our society as well as our planet. The SDN is a member-driven organization, and offers both free and paid memberships. Paid members support the organization's mission, and have access and/or discounts to many of the organizations initiatives: The annual Global Conference, the SDN Academy, the journal 'Touchpoint', the Young Talent Board (and 'Next Gen Conference'), the SDN Award, the Case Study database, Service Design Day, and more! Since 2014, it is offically a Chapter of the SDN. The SDN Netherlands Chapter conducts in-person and virtual events, as well as other initiatives, with the aim of connecting and strengthening the Dutch service design community.
