Service Design Summit

What is Service Design? Customers have become demanding. Because they experience what is possible (e.g. in other industries). They now expect the same from you! However, anyone who relies only on their own assumptions when developing new offerings and does not know the needs and pain points of their customers will quickly fall behind. And puts their investments at risk! That's why we first need to understand our customers and their needs, desires, and "pains" in order to draw the right conclusions. There are methods and proven procedures for this - we observe, ask questions, listen, and work systematically with the information gained to improve and develop new offerings: this structured process is called **Service Design**.
