Serviceplan New York is the newest, and first North American, office of the Munich-based Serviceplan Group. For five decades, this fiercely independent group has operated fully-integrated agencies under its “House of Communication” model which brings together local market experts in advertising, media and digital/technology all under one roof. These integrated teams work together in a creative and collaborative environment.
The US House of Communication, based in New York, launched in Q1 2018 with a staff of currently 65 employees and is helmed by Stefan Schuette, a veteran of the Serviceplan Group. Joining him is MODCo/Mediaplus, a full-service, NY-based media planning and buying agency, lead by its CEO Erik Dochtermann who is recently joined by Phil Cowdell as appointed CEO Mediaplus Americas.
