We work with architects, disability consultants and private individuals to install our products in various premises.
Sesame wheelchair lifts are 'hidden,' allowing the staircase to remain a commercial set of stairs and maximise footfall. The staircase can be clad in any material the client requires, such as marble, stone or mosaics. However, when a person in a wheelchair arrives, the stairs magically retract to reveal a platform lift, enabling the person to glide stylishly into the building with minimal fuss—very James Bond.
Sesame's clients include the Bank of England, Sydney Opera House, Seattle Space Needle, Kensington Palace, Qatar National Library, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, and a rather famous building in Whitehall.
