Our goal is to improve an elder’s quality of life through exceptional care. We provide care to older adults in their homes by partnering with our clients to improve their quality of life through exceptional care and care management. We believe it is our responsibility to thoroughly understand our client’s needs and personal objectives. Deciding if or when to have care in the home, what type of care is best and how much care is required can be difficult. We educate and provide guidance on what can often be a confusing set of options for the care and support our clients and their families are seeking. We offer 2 Levels of Care: Companion Care | Personal Care. Both Levels of Care are provided on an hourly or live-in basis and include care management Our care includes: • A personalized and compassionate approach focused on our client’s needs, desires and hopes • Care management to optimize outcomes and reduce the cost of care • A professional staff with extensive eldercare experience and training • A trusted referral network of dedicated elder care professionals By integrating the skills and experience of our staff with our care management services, family support and a network of trusted care providers, we provide our clients the opportunity for better health and an improved quality of life.
